Jul 1991

Pamela R. Aschbacher and Joan L. Herman

The purpose of this paper is to examine the current practice in state reporting of assessment results and to provide guidelines for effect reporting, derived from the literature on cognitive psychology, communications, and information representation and decision making, along with illustrations of exemplary practice.
